Job Overview

Camerata Talacunensis is seeking a structured, creative, and proactive Cultural Production Coordinator to manage the logistics, planning, and execution of our musical performances, cultural programs, and artistic events. In this role, you will work closely with artistic directors, performers, venue managers, and technical crews to bring high-quality cultural experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end event production, including schedule management, venue logistics, rehearsal setups, and performance execution.
- Serve as the main operational contact for artists, guest musicians, technical crews, and venue personnel.
- Oversee stage management, sound and lighting setup, equipment transportation, and venue accessibility.
- Manage production budgets, track expenses, draft vendor contracts, and secure necessary event permits.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote events, handle ticket logistics, and manage audience front-of-house operations.




- Resolve on-site operational challenges during live events to maintain high quality standards and safety compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Management, Arts Administration, Event Management, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in production management within music, theater, classical ensembles, or cultural organizations.
- Strong understanding of technical event requirements (acoustics, stage setup, lighting, and audio equipment).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills under live-event conditions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
