Contract Manager for Critical Infrastructure & Data Center Project (On-site)

Location: Santiago Metropolitan Area, Chile (On-site)

Important: This position is part of an ongoing tender (bidding/licitation) process.

As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of the project, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities

- Manage and administer all project contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between contractual obligations and project execution.
- Support claims management, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal, commercial,



and company policies across all contracts.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in contract management in Chile or LATAM.
- Strong experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of contract types (EPC, EPCM, FIDIC or similar).
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic project environment.
