What You'll Do

- Design and implement performance-critical systems software using Rust’s ownership and borrowing model.
- Build and maintain robust backend services using frameworks like Actix or Axum.
- Optimize low-level code for memory safety and execution speed without the overhead of a garbage collector.
- Develop secure and efficient communication layers using gRPC or JSON‑RPC.
- Implement robust, thread‑safe concurrency and async patterns to support high‑throughput processing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system reliability and efficient resource utilization across AWS deployments.

What We Are Looking For





- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Backend Development.
- Proven expertise in Rust programming, focusing on memory safety and high-performance applications.
- Proficiency with asynchronous patterns and frameworks such as Actix or Axum.
- Strong experience building backend services with PostgreSQL and gRPC or JSON‑RPC.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS deployment and cloud‑native infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
