About This Role:
We are hiring an Operations & Master Data Specialist to help organize and improve product and operational data for a growing eCommerce brand. You will lead the setup of a new PIM/DAM system, fix messy data, and build clear, simple processes across different tools. Beyond PIM/DAM, you will also support the development of a broader master data structure across the business to help build a more scalable,



enterprise-level approach. This is a hands-on role where you are expected to work independently, solve problems, and improve how things are currently done.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of the Catsy PIM/DAM system from setup through adoption
Define and manage product data structures, including taxonomy, metadata, and standards
Establish and maintain data governance frameworks (accuracy, consistency, quality, and workflows)
Build and document scalable processes across systems, data, and operations
Manage integrations across platforms, including PIM/DAM, NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and Shopify
Own and maintain a single source of truth for product and operational data
Support the development and management of enterprise-level master data structures beyond PIM/DAM
