Requirements
To love Jesus and to have a desire to share his faith.
Be at least 26 years old.
Be believers and active members of their local church.
Have previous experience in children's and/or youth ministry.
Have social skills and care for people.
Command of basic Spanish.
Have initiative.
Emotional management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and active listening.
Commitment and responsibility.
Have perseverance.
