About This Position We are looking for a strategic, independent, and collaborative Compliance Officer. As Compliance Officer, you will support the management of non-financial risks such as integrity, AML/CFT, operational conflicts of interest, and related compliance matters, while serving as a strategic partner to business teams and championing sound risk management. Our Legal Department advises Management, the Board of Executive Directors, and the Board of Governors on all legal matters relating to IDB Invest. As part of its functions,



the Legal Department provides full legal support to Non-Sovereign Guaranteed(NSG) operations throughout the entire transaction cycle, including origination, portfolio management, workouts, and the development of new products. Also, we provide legal advice on all institutional and financial matters for IDB Invest, including governance, financial management, institutional integrity, and administration of human resources. You will work in the Compliance function (GCL/ICL Compliance), part of the Legal Department (GCL).
