Learn more at: The Opportunity This is a high-priority hire supporting high-volume commercial contracts to work for a integral client base that includes founders, high-growth companies, and institutional platforms. This role offers direct ownership of client relationships and counterparty negotiations within a fully remote, modern law firm structure. What You'll Do: Lead the drafting and negotiation of a high-volume pipeline of commercial agreements , specifically including NDAs, master services agreements,



vendor arrangements, and technology transactions, ensuring rapid turnaround and strict adherence to internal playbooks. Partner with internal teams to ensure the strategic application of legal playbooks and agentic workflows, navigating cross-border commercial considerations as required. Drive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions. Identify inefficiencies, deploy scalable solutions, and raise the AI fluency bar firm-wide. Identify and mitigate confidentiality and commercial risks within standard transactions, spotting non-standard terms and escalating complex issues outside the established playbook.
