Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for our LATAM division. Reporting to the General Manager LATAM and functionally to the International COO, this role will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional people strategy across multiple countries, including Chile and Brazil.
The role combines strategic leadership and operational excellence in areas such as workforce planning, labour relations, talent management, compliance, and transformation. You will support a workforce of 200–300 employees and lead a local HR team, while collaborating closely with senior leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the LATAM HR strategy aligned with integral and regional goals
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and mobility (including expatriate management)
- Oversee performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal HR governance frameworks
- Manage labour and union relations across jurisdictions
- Lead HR reporting, audits, risk mitigation, and transformation metrics
- Drive employee wellness, culture-building, and ethics implementation
- Monitor HR budgets, payroll processes, and service provider contracts
- Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the region
Requirements Requirements
- Honours degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Psychology or OD
- Postgraduate qualification in General Management or Leadership (preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 6 in a leadership role
- Proven experience across
- Recruitment and talent management
- ER/IR and union engagement
- Payroll, policy implementation, and compliance
- Training and leadership development
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and regional labour frameworks
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and adaptability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is mandatory
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
