We are hiring a senior paid media strategist to own performance marketing for home services businesses such as HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, pest control companies, roofers, and similar service-based businesses.

Experience in the home services industry is a huge plus. Experience with service-based business lead generation is required.

The role

You will own paid media strategy and performance across channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube, streaming/CTV, landing pages, tracking, and funnel analytics.

The goal is simple: generate qualified leads that turn into booked jobs and revenue.

Our target is typically a 10% cost-to-revenue ratio, with 20% as the upper limit depending on the account, measured against qualified booked or closed revenue whenever tracking allows.
