Full-Stack Android + Kotlin Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build AI-native Android products inside a startup where autonomy and ownership are the norm, not the exception. There are no Jira tickets — you'll work like a product partner, taking ideas from a 1-pager through to shipped features with real multi-agent orchestration, not just AI-assisted coding. What You'll Do

Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with full product ownership.
Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.
Work self-directed from product ideas through to production with no hand-holding.
Contribute across web or backend layers as needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
Drive multiple net-new product initiatives simultaneously in a highly autonomous team.

What We Are Looking For

8+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks — not just AI-assisted coding.
Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-hol
