We are seeking a Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide functional expertise and process guidance in support of business transformation, operational improvement, and change initiatives. This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and project teams,



ensuring that processes are properly documented, analyzed, optimized, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned business processes and operational workflows.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
- Support business transformation and change initiatives by providing process expertise and recommendations.
- Facilitate process discovery, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Document process flows, procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and expected outcomes.
- Participate in process validation, testing activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
