What You’ll Do
Set our customers up for success by supporting them with onboarding and launching brands on OFO’s.
Assist customers with reviewing and building menus for their online storefronts. Extract menu information and data points and synthesize on multiple food delivery platforms.
Train customers on online brand management, acting as key interface with customers via phone,



Zoom and email support in a professional and efficient manner.
Deliver high quality product support, adhering to processes to minimize mistakes.
Assist with quality assurance for brand menus with a high level of detail and speed.
Communicate regularly with the onboarding team, local customer success managers and account executives to ensure positive customer experience during onboarding.
Provide an industry-leading customer experience through all stages of onboarding, achieving CSAT targets and partnering with sales and success teams to support implementation success.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5 years as an Account Manager or an Onboarding Specialist
Ability to support customers on a daily basis
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Experience working in fast‑paced environments requiring adaptability and initiative
