Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across core professional channels (primarily LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube/Instagram).
Multimedia Production: Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos highlighting platform features, industry insights, and customer success stories.
Graphic Design & Copywriting: Design clean, professional social media graphics, carousels, and banners using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma. Write clear, compelling B2B copy.
Industry Simplified: Research and break down complex trade, manufacturing,



and supply chain trends into engaging educational content (e.g., "How cross-border trade is changing in Africa").
Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and inquiries professionally, and help build an active community of businesses and partners.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

1–3 years of active experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (B2B or tech startup experience is a massive plus).

Strong Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your ability to write clean copy, design professional graphics, and edit short-form video.
Technical Tools: Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
B2B Mindset: The ability to communicate professionally. You understand how to speak to business owners, manufacturers, and corporate partners on LinkedIn.
