About the Role

We are looking for a
Lead Data Platform Engineer
to lead enterprise data platform modernization initiatives using
Informatica IDMC
and
Databricks Lakehouse
. You'll work with general clients to design scalable cloud data platforms, drive migration projects, establish governance frameworks, and lead technical teams.

What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise data platform architecture and modernization
- Design scalable Lakehouse solutions using Databricks
- Implement Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality with Informatica IDMC
- Define technical standards and mentor engineering teams
- Collaborate directly with clients and technical stakeholders
- Optimize cloud data platforms across AWS and/or Azure

Required Experience




- 10+ years in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Data Architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with
Informatica IDMC
and
Databricks
- Experience with enterprise ETL modernization and cloud migrations
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure data services
- Previous technical leadership or team management experience
- Advanced English (required)

Nice to Have
- Informatica CLAIRE, AXON, CDGC, CDQ/IDQ, MDM
- dbt, Apache Spark, Airflow, Terraform
- Azure or AWS certifications
- Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries
