Job Overview:

An innovative technology company is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support the growth and retention of a portfolio of small-to-medium-sized business partners. This role combines customer success, account management, commercial strategy, and data analysis to help partners maximise performance while achieving business growth objectives. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, manage key performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scalable growth strategies for a portfolio of small-to-medium-sized business partners.
- Drive revenue growth, increase customer retention, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Manage the segment budget to maximise efficiency and achieve commercial targets.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on business performance metrics and customer success outcomes.




- Act as the primary advocate for business partners by communicating their needs to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experience and business performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers to support long-term engagement and success.
- Use data and business insights to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years' experience in customer success, account management, sales, commercial, or analytical roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
- Experience managing business performance metrics or commercial targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and business-level English.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience achieving revenue or quota-based targets.
- Knowledge of SQL.
