We are seeking an experienced
Account Manager
with a strong background in
Revenue Management
to join our growing short-term rental team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships while developing and executing revenue strategies that maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize property performance.
- Manage pricing, availability, and restrictions across multiple booking channels.
- Utilize revenue management tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, or similar platforms.
- Prepare and present performance reports, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue insights.




- Collaborate with operations, guest communications, and marketing teams to improve overall portfolio performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing proactive communication and strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Revenue Management, or Short-Term Rental Operations.
- Proven experience managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management portfolios.Hands-on experience with revenue management tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, or similar software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
