Sales Rep — Investor Relations Software (Latin America, remote)

We make software that helps companies handle their investor relations, basically how they stay in touch with shareholders and the wider investment community. We’re a small team, and we’ve started selling into Latin America. We need someone in Brazil to help us build that up. You’d be our second salesperson, working alongside the one we already have.

It isn’t an easy market. It’s niche and takes some effort to get into, so we’re after someone who can figure things out on their own, keep at it, and doesn’t need much managing to stay busy.

The job
- Finding and reaching out to potential customers across Latin America, usually investor relations teams, CFOs, or IR managers at listed and larger private companies
- Running the whole process yourself: outreach, demos, negotiation, closing
- Learning the product well enough to talk about it with confidence




- Keeping your own pipeline organised
- Helping us work out what actually sells in a market we’re still new to

What we’re looking for
- Fluent in Portuguese is a must. Spanish is a big plus, and both is adecuado since it opens up the rest of the region.
- Some sales experience, ideally B2B or software
- Someone who picks things up fast and gets creative about getting in the door
- Self-motivated and organised, since you’ll mostly be working remotely on your own
- Happy in a small company where your results are your own

Pay and setup
- Base salary plus uncapped commission, so there’s real upside as you grow the market
- Remote, based in Brazil
