Ensure the operation runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently, always seeking to process faster without losing quality. Monitor key indicators (Ops Clock, DOT, OOT, Productivity, Quality, Inventory) and act quickly on deviations. Continuously identify improvement opportunities. Lead by example and promote the company's culture. Keep the team engaged, motivated, and in an inclusive and diverse work environment.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience leading teams. Experience in logistics operations. Availability to work on-site in Santiago, Chile.
