An engineering background is highly desirable, while qualifications in Psychology or HR are not required.

Key Responsibilities Source high-quality engineering candidates using Linked

In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

Recruit professionals for construction, infrastructure, utilities,



energy and data centre projects across Ireland and Europe.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical engineering positions.

Conduct candidate screening interviews in English and Spanish.

Prepare candidate summaries and interview notes.

Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment systems.

Develop proactive search strategies for niche engineering disciplines.

Build long-term relationships with engineering professionals.

Support recruitment campaigns for international projects.

Work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required Experience Minimum 2 years' experience as a Technical Recruiter or Engineering Resourcer.

Strong hands-on experience using Linked

In Recruiter.

Experience recruiting engineers for Ireland and/or Europe.

Proven experience recruiting
