What You’ll Do Lead the implementation of AI-driven software products at mining sites, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.

Collaborate closely with client teams to understand operational needs and configure customised technology solutions.

Provide training and ongoing support to end users, ensuring full adoption and value realisation.

Act as the primary contact between our engineering/product teams and clients, collecting feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.

Support regional business growth through client engagement, renewals, and solution expansion.

Train and onboard users, ensuring they get maximum value from our products.

What We’re Looking For A degree in Metallurgy, Mining Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 3+ years of hands‑on experience in mining operations, process optimisation, or deploying new technology or software solutions within the industrial
