Job Overview

Erya Suria is seeking an experienced, high-energy Gerente de Hospitalidad y Eventos (Hospitality and Event Manager) to oversee guest services, manage venue operations, and lead event execution. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and hosting seamless corporate, social, and leisure events while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily hospitality operations, guest relations, and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute full-scale events, including conferences, banquets, private functions, and resort activities.
- Direct event logistics, including catering, venue layout, audiovisual setups, and vendor negotiations.
- Develop and manage event budgets, track financial targets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Supervise, schedule, and train event and hospitality personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and service standards.




- Collect guest and client feedback, analyze event metrics, and implement service enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality management, hotel/resort operations, or corporate event planning.
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (PMS), event management platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in Spanish; professional proficiency in English is highly preferred.
