Service Administrative Support - Maternity Leave

Responsibilities
- Interface with Service Sales Teams in the MED region
- Ensure an efficient flow of information
- Support the commercial cycle through the SAP system
- Recovery Management
- Prepare business reports based on the Service performance
- Enhance the data quality of the commercial system
Qualifications
- Administrative/finance background / a Degree
- Fluent in English, oral and written communication (Mandatory)
- Be initiative-driven, highly motivated, and processes-oriented
- Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office
- Intermediate Excel user
- Works well with others in an international setting
- Good understanding of business process improvements
- Good interpersonal cooperation skills and a customer mindset attitude
- Good communication
