The position carries full P&L; accountability and leadership across the entire mining lifecycle, from exploration and development to production and optimization.Key responsibilitiesInclude managing relationships with government entities and joint-venture partners, ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance, driving operational efficiency, leading capital investment decisions, and promoting strong HSE and ESG standards.The role requires extensive experience leading large-scale mining operations within regulated and state-partnered environments, with strong expertise in mining operations, financial management, governance, and organizational leadership.RequirementsDegree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, or related field20+ years of mining or natural resources experienceProven CEO or senior executive leadership experience with full P&L; responsibilityStrong background in operational leadership, safety, ESG, and stakeholder management
