We're hiring Global Business English/Portuguese Trainers (Online/Inperson) to teach adult learners working in multinational companies. This is more than just a teaching job it's an opportunity to shape general careers and foster intercultural communication every day.

About the Position

- Role : Global Business English/Portuguese Trainer
- Modality :Remote / Online with some inperson classes in Santiago de Chile
- Learners : Adults working in global corporations across LATAM
- Class Format : 1:1 and small group sessions
- Start Date : Rolling start dates, year-round onboarding

Our learners are professionals in fields like finance, tech, logistics, law, and more. They are motivated, goal-oriented, and need practical English and Portuguese to succeed in their roles. As a Bridge Trainer, you'll help them communicate confidently in meetings, presentations, negotiations, and emails always with a strong cultural awareness lens.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver engaging, customized Business English and Portuguese classes
- Use communicative, learner-centered teaching approaches




- Tailor lessons to learners professional goals and contexts
- Support learners with clear feedback and progress tracking
- Represent Bridge's high-quality standards and global teaching culture

What We’re Looking For

- Native or near-native proficiency in both languages (C1 or C2)
- College Degree
- TEFL/TESOL certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching adults, ideally in business contexts
- Strong intercultural awareness and communication skills
- Confidence using tools like Zoom, Teams, and virtual classroom platforms
- Open-minded, adaptable, and passionate about global learning
