Overview

Rentokil Initial Chile is seeking a Líder de Calidad for the Zona Norte (Arica to La Serena). The role will lead quality excellence and continuous improvement in the Environmental line, acting as a strategic bridge between business areas.

Responsibilities

- Plan, organize and supervise deployment of the Quality Control team in the assigned macrozone.
- Provide timely and high‑value technical advisory to key clients, identifying new commercial growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards, engaging the team and other areas to resolve critical deviations.
- Facilitate client retention and loyalty across branches.
- Lead and promote continuous improvement in environmental line processes and services.
- Act as a strategic link, fostering synergistic communication with Operations, Customer Care, Technical Direction, Commercial, Administration and HR.
- Support development and implementation of innovations and technologies that optimize service delivery and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

Formación Académica: Professional degree in Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, Biology, Veterinary Medicine,



Chemical Engineering or related fields.

Experiencia: Minimum 5 years of quality management experience, preferably in environmental services, pest control, bioservices or environmental sanitization.

Conocimientos Técnicos (Deseable): Proficiency in Integrated Pest Management (MIP), current sanitary regulations and quality and food safety management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, BRC, AIB, etc.

Disponibilidad Geográfica: Full availability to travel continually within the macrozone of the vacancy.
