Person responsible for organizing events, providing presentation support, support with an agency to monitor the creation of monthly grid content and digital campaigns. Preparation of graphic content, Report of activities and events, Update of Marketing Reports: A&P; Expenses, PO Creation Report, Relationship with Procurement to request Purchase Orders, sellers, payment monitoring. The person will be responsible for generating Internal Content: Creation of local Newsletters, broadcast screens, Viva Engage, Business Partner

- Organization of events according to the marketing plan.
- Preparation of content for internal and external channels of Philips Health Systems.
- Biweekly and monthly reports.
- Updating A&P; expense sheets.
- Preparation of purchase orders and payment monitoring.
