Job Overview

Stantec invites you to join our team in Chile as a Junior Project Control Specialist. This role focuses on managing project timelines, cost tracking, and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. The position supports the project team in evaluating impacts of changes, risks, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Update the As-Built term estimation (ETC) in the project management systems based on project manager inputs.
- Assist the project team in assessing potential impacts of changes and risks on project success.
- Prepare project progress control reports for clients, both internal and external.
- Collect hour information periodically, review and update physical progress.
- Calculate project performance KPI metrics.
- Track commitments and logs for trend and change management.
- Update real spend, financial flow,



contracts and changes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in project control roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
