Our focus today is ordering and improving processes to grow more efficiently.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who wants to learn the entire operation of the business and grow based on results within 1 to 1.5 years.

Operation (80%) : internal documentation, database analysis, order tracking and execution of efficient instructions.

Commercial (20%) : bidding applications, client contact.

Key Responsibilities

- Support bidding applications (platforms and direct invitations)
- Control and order information in Excel (sales, costs, orders)
- Coordinate orders (from sales order to delivery)
- Support sizing processes on the field
- Create internal documentation
- Database analysis
- Process improvement and internal order

Requirements

- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and basic to intermediate formulas)
- Organized and problem-solver
- Availability for field work
- Real desire to learn and grow

Desired (Not Mandatory)

- Interest in automating tasks or improving processes (with AI)





Desired Profile

- Problem-solving mindset: does not say "it's difficult" but asks "how can we optimize this?"
- Education/Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience
- Related degrees in administration, business, logistics or similar
- Residing within Valparaíso, Villa Alemana, Con Con

Key Skills

- Order and ability to work with information
- Speed to execute and learn
- Ability to resolve problems without being stuck
- Excel proficiency (pivot tables, basic/intermediate formulas)
- Willingness for mixed work: office + field

Conditions

- On-site + field work (occasionally)
- Location: Viña del Mar
- On-site schedule Monday to Thursday 8:00–18:00, Friday 8:00–14:00
