We are seeking a seasoned Field Force Manager to lead our field force team, drive performance, and maximize impact on business results. You will oversee team operations, talent development, and execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the field force team, ensuring high productivity and performance against quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Develop and execute the field force management plan, driving operational excellence across the region.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard team members; build team capabilities through structured coaching and mentoring.
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and KPI assessments; deliver targeted training and motivation programs.
- Analyze sales results, market trends, and competitor activity; provide actionable intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and manage the field force budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with retail partners and customers to enhance brand presence.




- Collaborate with external agencies to optimize coverage and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a field force or retail team.
- Education: University degree.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential, as it will be used as the working language.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and a results-oriented, 'can do' mindset.
