Job Summary

The Regional Business Development Manager - LATAM is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading enterprise sales initiatives. Leveraging prior expertise in enterprise and strategic sales management, combined with a deep understanding of the mining, resources, and related drilling industries, this role is accountable for achieving annual revenue, gross margin, and pipeline targets aligned with the company's growth strategy.

The role focuses on revenue generation, market expansion across Chile and Latin America, and building long-term client relationships while aligning sales strategies with overall business objectives. Working closely with technical, geoscience, and operations teams,



the role ensures customer solutions are commercially sound, technically credible and aligned with the company's strategic growth objectives.

The Regional Business Development Manager reports to the General Head of Commercial.
