Fluence in Chile seeks a senior HSE specialist to lead health, safety and environmental oversight on EPC construction sites. You will implement site-specific HSE plans, mentor teams, stop unsafe work and drive continuous improvements.
Travel to project sites will be required. Minimum 5 years in EPC/heavy construction, CSP/ASP/SMS or equivalent certifications, and a Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety are needed; fluency in English/Spanish is a strong asset.
