We are seeking a Network Engineer to join the Network Engineering & Security Team to design, build, and maintain our client’s corporate, wireless, development, and production infrastructure within data center networks and public clouds. Strong customer service skills are critical as the engineer will interact with stakeholders and colleagues, and will support daily network operations, service metrics, projects, upgrades, maintenance, and on-call rotation. Responsibilities Support general network, remote access, and wireless infrastructure to enable rapid company growth Participate in complex projects such as routed access, SD-WAN, code upgrades, etc. Responsible for the installation, operation, administration, and maintenance of corporate LAN and WAN networks Support UCaaS service migration and author documents for support teams Work with the team on establishing network service metrics and scorecard Support the remote workforce with VP
