Mechanical Design Engineer - Agile Development and Prototyping Key Responsibilities Design and Development: Conceptualize and design mechanical systems and components. Focus on creating functional and innovative designs that meet customer needs and industry standards. Agile Methodology Application: Implement Agile development principles in the design process, including iterative development, continuous feedback, and cross-functional collaboration. Prototyping: Rapidly develop prototypes using tools such as 3D printing, CNC machining, or other fabrication methods. Test and refine prototypes based on performance data and stakeholder feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate feedback into design iterations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, modifications, and final specifications. Present design concepts and progress reports to management and stakeholders.



Quality Assurance and Testing: Ensure designs meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Conduct rigorous testing of prototypes to evaluate performance and safety. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in an Agile development environment. Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with rapid prototyping technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Preferred Skills Experience with 3D printing and CNC machining. Familiarity with Agile project management tools and methodologies.
