Job Summary
In this role, you will participate in the design, development, modification, and evaluation of civil/structural components and processes. You will assist with preparation of construction drawings, project schedules, models, calculations, material requisitions, studies, reports, presentations, and proposals. Your assistance will contribute to civil/structural designs that meet project requirements.
Major Responsibilities
Assisting in the design, development, modification and evaluation of components and processes.
Compiling, adjusting,



and correlating data that will develop professional work knowledge and abilities through the application of standard civil/structural engineering techniques, procedures and criteria using relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards and guides, Bechtel Standard Application Programs (BSAPs) and Design Control Checklist (DCCL) and Design Review Notices (DRNs).
Providing direct support to other engineering disciplines for process/chemical-related matters.
Researching, designing, developing, and evaluating components, products, and systems by using applied process/chemical engineering principles.
Coordinating development and presentation of material when requested.
Preparing or participating in the preparation of construction drawings, project schedules, graphic presentations, civil drawings, steel and concrete calculations, and material requisitions.
