At Volvo Trucks & Buses Chile, you will lead the credit and collections strategy, ensuring a healthy portfolio and effective risk management aligned with corporate standards and local business objectives.
You will:
Lead the collections and credit management function, ensuring effective control of accounts receivable and delinquency levels.
Define and execute strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce DSO,



and improve portfolio quality.
Monitor performance through KPIs (PI's), implementing action plans to improve collection efficiency and mitigate risks.
Oversee extrajudicial and judicial collection processes, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal) to ensure aligned decision-making regarding customer risk and credit policies.
Ensure proper segmentation and management of the customer portfolio, including high-risk accounts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including digitalization and automation of collection processes.
Provide leadership, guidance, and development to the collections team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure adherence to Volvo Group policies, compliance standards, and internal controls.
