About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, Integral Communications, the Corporate Communications Channels Specialist is primarily responsible for the creation and distribution of internal and external communications to team members, customers and other external stakeholders. They are also responsible for creating and maintaining suitable contact databases and producing analytics that report on channel performance.
This person develops positive, collaborative relationships with functional leaders and SMEs as well as the rest of the Corporate Communications team to develop and deliver communications and improve channels in order to support business priorities and objectives.
