Position Details Position Name : ES/MS Athletics & Activities Coordinator Reports to : Director of Student Activities & Athletics Time commitment : Full time Job Summary The Athletic & Activities Coordinator for ES/MS plays a key leadership role in the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of inclusive, enriching, and developmentally appropriate athletic and activities programs. This position oversees both competitive and developmental athletics in the Elementary School and supports developmental programming in the Middle School, including coordination of the Grades 4–8 After School Activities (ASA) programs.



Working in close collaboration with the Assistant Athletic Director and the Director of Student Activities, this role contributes to the recruitment and supervision of coaches, scheduling, league affiliations, and the planning of festivals and tournaments. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as this position helps lead program development and large-scale operations that align with the school’s mission, vision, and evolving community needs.
