Purpose of the Role The Out Trade Executive is responsible for creating authentic and engaging brand experiences that position Diageo's brands as category leaders. The role connects with target consumers at scale, builds brand aspiration, drives product trial, and contributes to sustainable sales growth through outstanding event execution and customer engagement. Financial Accountability Plan, execute, and manage the budget allocated to the Out Trade channel. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-out, ROI, P&L;, conversion, trial, and market share to evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of each event and customer activation, as well as their impact on brand and category performance.
