We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Head of Process Architecture & Policy Management to lead our organizational and procedural governance. In this critical leadership role, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the institution’s overarching process landscape and enterprise architecture. You will serve as the principal owner of the "Written Order Process" ( Schriftlich fixierte Ordnung – SfO), ensuring that all corporate policies, procedures,



and internal controls comply with German regulatory requirements (specifically BaFin and MaRisk). You will bridge the gap between regulatory compliance and operational excellence by driving continuous E2E process improvements, digitalization, AI, and the standardization of workflows across all business units.
Your Role
Own, administer, and continuously develop the Schriftlich fixierte Ordnung (SfO) in strict adherence to MaRisk (specifically AT 5 / AT 6) and the German Banking Act (KWG).
Establish a robust governance framework for the creation, approval, and lifecycle management of all internal corporate policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding procedural documentation, process controls, and operational risk mitigation.
