Our AdTech Impact Platform enables advertising with purpose, connecting brands with consumers via our eBike app and allowing ad spending to decarbonise our cities. Forest’s technology team is based in Chile and is experiencing rapid growth as part of the company’s journey to become one of Europe’s leading micro‑mobility and general AdTech platforms. Job Functions Recruitment – Work closely with the leadership team – CEO, CTO and CFO – to devise the organisational strategy for Forest’s Tech team. Create a hiring strategy in line with growth plans and tailored job descriptions for upcoming roles in the tech team. Run the recruitment cycle to recruit and retain top talent fit for Forest’s mission and growth strategy. HR and Finance – Work with company lawyers on employment contracts and other legal tasks. Collaborate with accountants to lead local financial operations,



including monthly payroll, management accounts and weekly supplier pay runs. Ensure new starters are properly onboarded and liaise with them on pensions, healthcare plans and employee benefits. Manage the team’s resources, ensuring correct equipment and integration into the company culture. Co‑create well‑being policies with the UK‑based team and implement them for the Chilean Tech team. Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, office management and supplier sourcing. Qualifications and Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish. Business degree (Ingenieria Comercial, Administracion or similar). 3+ years of experience at a fast‑growing tech company, preferably in Talent or HRBP roles. 3+ years of hiring and recruitment experience in the tech sector, scaling technology teams. Strong financial acumen and comfort working with numbers. General understanding of recent programming languages.
