Commercial Education Lead – Santiago, Chile You will be responsible for: Communicating business related issues or opportunities to the next management level. Deploy cluster internal education plan for Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and Uruguay. Ensuring personal and company compliance with local and company regulations, policies, and procedures. Performing other duties assigned as needed. Collaborating with local marketing and other functional leaders to develop and implement educational programs in support of business objectives. Supporting the design of Sales Training Representative programs and ensuring execution of the program. Training sales representatives in areas of need to improve product and procedure knowledge and selling skills. Executing TTT programs to support capability build aligned with EdTech strategy.



Partnering with marketing to support local product launch development and execution and training aligned to strategic priorities. Recommending new approaches, techniques, and ideas that will assist the sales representative in meeting and exceeding sales objectives. Leading or supporting Ethicon Regional Programs (foundation) and guaranteeing local programs planning and execution. Leading or conducting specific training at local and national meetings as assigned. Developing individual skills to become more effective in training, developing people, coaching, communicating, and team building. Demonstrating the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a manner that is consistent with sales training methodology; conducting sales presentations using current sales methods. Conducting business in accordance with Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other Johnson & Johnson policies and procedures. Qualifications
