Talent Intelligence Analyst at BairesDev In this role, you'll translate Talent Acquisition business rules into meaningful KPIs, monitoring systems, and dashboards that accurately reflect team performance and proactively surface issues before they impact results. - Define and refine KPIs across the Talent Acquisition team, establishing clear formulas and measurement criteria that accurately reflect business performance.
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to detect performance drops, data inconsistencies, and unusual patterns before they impact results.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues across multiple systems including ERP, ATS, and CRM, ensuring a single source of truth for all Talent metrics.
- Build and refine dashboards in collaboration with the Data Team, ensuring they reflect correct KPI logic and support reporting automation where needed.
