THE ROLE
WiseEnergy is looking for a Technical Analyst & Site Manager to oversee the technical performance, operational reliability, and field activities of a portfolio of utility-scale solar PV assets.
This is a hybrid role combining technical asset analysis with hands-on site management. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, managing technical incidents, coordinating O&M; contractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Acting as the key technical representative for assigned assets, you will work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maximize asset availability, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and operational excellence of renewable energy projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor, analyze,



and report on the daily technical and operational performance of utility-scale solar PV plants.
Identify performance trends, diagnose technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maximize energy production, plant availability, and performance ratios.
Manage technical incidents from identification through resolution, ensuring minimal operational impact.
Act as the primary technical interface between WiseEnergy, O&M; contractors, EPC contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess asset condition, maintenance quality, operational effectiveness, HSE compliance, and technical risks.
Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and industry best practices.
Prepare and deliver technical performance reports, operational analyses, and annual O&M; budgets.
