Develop and implement Human Resources strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with mining regulations and occupational health & safety standards.
Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and talent management processes.
Manage workplace safety initiatives and conduct regular risk assessments.
Monitor and report on HR and safety performance metrics.
Manage health and safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
A successful HR Manager should have:
Advanced level of English,



both written and spoken (mandatory)
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in managerial positions.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and occupational health & safety protocols.
Familiarity with mining regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in the Natural Resources industry or a related field.
Management and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
