Embla Medical seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to shape workplace culture and partner with leadership across Luneburg and Emmering. You will drive talent strategy, performance management, and compliance with HR policies in a European matrix environment, collaborating with the broader People team. You will work with Talent Acquisition and Centers of Excellence, supported by two HR Generalists in the DACH region, and travel regularly to required locations.
