We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant and customer support specialist who can serve as the initial line of customer support for our guests before, during, and after their stay with us, as well as perform general admin and virtual office tasks and activities when not interacting directly with guests. Working hours will be from 9 AM to 6 PM Central Standard Time. Workdays will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, and off-days will be Wednesday and Thursday.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills using both written and verbal American English. In addition, the idóneo candidate should be comfortable with and able to perform general virtual office and admin tasks using basic work tools (e.g.



Google Sheets) and web applications (training will be provided), as well as work with various AI-enabled applications.
