Job Summary**As a Project Manager Customer Delivery, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities*** Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, adhering to FLSmidth project management methodologies.* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.* Manage project teams, including internal resources and external contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.* Communicate regularly with customers, providing status updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.* Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.* Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed-upon budget and schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns or delays.* Conduct regular project reviews, both internally and with customers, to assess performance and gather feedback.* Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports,



and close-out reports.* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within project management.* Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.Job Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the heavy industrial, mining, or capital equipment sector.* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex customer projects on time and within budget.* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.G., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus).* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.* Proficiency in project management software (e.G., MS Project, Primavera).* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages relevant to FLSmidth's integral operations is a plus.We offer all employees access to a dedicated recognition platform, empowering you to celebrate achievements, share appreciation and stay connected globally.
