Responsibilities

- Contract Management – manage contracts with vendors, including negotiating terms and conditions, documenting changes or amendments that arise during implementation or execution, and systematically managing contract creation, execution, and analysis to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing risk.
- Sourcing – find, evaluate, and engage suppliers of goods and services by defining business needs, conducting market analysis, and developing a sourcing strategy (e.g., single- or multi-sourcing).
- Category Management – segment spending into related product areas, focus on categories offering consolidation and efficiency opportunities, and track pricing trends, regulatory changes, and innovation for the entire category.
- Vendor Management – manage interactions with vendors,



maintain good working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to mitigate risks, reduce vendor risks, ensure service delivery, and build stronger relationships that can lead to better negotiation outcomes.
- Process Development – draft and design processes under specific requirements (quality, cost) and within timeframes by defining and describing a sequence of activities to meet objectives and desired outcomes.
- Procurement Operations – oversee all activities involved in obtaining goods and services needed to support daily operations, including sourcing, negotiating terms, purchasing items, documenting each step, and handling additional functions such as travel, company vehicles, telecom, invoicing, credit card administration, procurement business systems, and corporate events.
