About This Role:
We’re hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to support a fast-growing health and wellness supplement brand across procurement, freight, inventory, and daily supply chain operations. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll help keep packaging, inventory, shipments, and fulfillment running smoothly across multiple channels.



You’ll also serve as the main point of contact for key supply chain activities during a planned leave in August and September. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, and able to solve problems independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order & Vendor Management:

Create, place, and track packaging purchase orders with vendors and co-manufacturers
Monitor PO status against production schedules and proactively flag risks to delivery timing
Manage vendor communication, including follow-ups, status checks, and escalations, and maintain organized PO and co-manufacturer records
Escalate delays, shortages, or operational risks with enough context to support fast
