About This Role:
We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager / Estimator to support a fast-growing, high-ticket eCommerce company specializing in custom outdoor kitchens. This role owns the backend of the sales pipeline, ensuring every deal moves forward efficiently and every proposal is delivered accurately within 24 hours.



You will work closely with sales reps to manage deal flow, remove bottlenecks, and maintain a high standard of execution. This is not an administrative role, but full operational ownership of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full sales pipeline from post-consultation to close
Build and deliver accurate, high-quality proposals within 24 hours of each consultation
Support 1 to 2 sales reps handling approximately 6 consultations per day each
Review call recordings or transcriptions and extract critical details for proposals
Use internal tools to create layouts, estimates, and client-ready proposals
Maintain and update CRM with real-time, accurate deal data and notes
Proactively identify bottlenecks and push deals forward
